Meeting Room Hire

Our large meeting room in Hatfield Peverel, Essex is now available for hire at very competitive rates, and is conveniently located for easy access by mainline train and bus links as well as by car from the A12, with plenty of free parking.

The meeting room is located on the ground floor of the AES office with fully accessible toilet facilities, and the board room-style layout can accommodate up to 16 people. The meeting room also contains an Internet-connected PC linked up to a high-definition widescreen TV for video playback, interactive presentations, etc.

If you are planning an all day event, we are also able to arrange catering for you.
